No I don't think so, it wasn't mentioned in the book. So I think Nile is a complete different charecter. Perhaps if you make this about Nile instead of the question the topic might not get locked.

don't you ever have it that when you see a person, how he acts and stuff, that they remind you of someone else you know?  That's all that meant

He reminded him of Wolf because Wolf, like Nile is afraid of hights, I only figured it out the second time I read the book.

Dear Readers,

Yeah I thought Nile was a completely different person. WHICH HE IS. LOL! =D Anyways..., wolf and nile were both very good at what they did. I mean, thats probably why Alex Rider was reminded of him (wolf).

Oh yeah now I remember..., #####SPOILER#### Alex Rider was reminded about Wolf when he saw Nile was afraid of heights because Wolf was also afraid of heights. So he took advatange over Nile =D
