Double post, tut tut tut.

I think the full version of the prophecy is contained in the diary of Saint Joseph of Cordoba or whatever his name was. Once they find the diary (I'm sure they will eventually find it - maybe Scar will steal it from Nightrise when she visits) they'll know what the prophecy said. And so will the Old Ones and Nightrise, unfortunately.

Yeah  ..... But they might not know what it means, it might be written in a foreign language , or a dechipher thing, and it might be in the library on the dream world , so its safe from nightrise and the old ones ...

No - it's in spanish. Remember the pages that Salamanda photocopied? Those are the only parts of it we've seen so far, and they were in spanish. And the monk who wrote it was spanish. It's going to be in spanish. Professer Chambers can translate it for them.

No, it's in Raven's Gate, the very first page in the book. It's the one that's about five children, four boys and one girl, saving the world from unspeakable evil no. 12324. It's not really what's in it that's important - it's what might not be in it.

My apologies, meggy. I'll endeavour to explain things to the best of my ability.  tongue

I think the thread's supposed to be just about the prophecy at the very beginning of Raven's Gate. It's just that the prophecy has lots of parts missing (if you read it you'll see what I mean) and we are discussing what information might be in it when we find out about the whole prophecy. And we think that there might be a copy of the prophecy in Salamanda/St. Joseph's Diary thing, only this time it'll have all the words in it.

Is that better?

My theories on the prophecies:

Five kids will save the world twice. (No duh.)
One kid will die each time.

That's all.
