No - Richard isn't an Inca, or at least, definitely not a full-blood one. He could be very distantly related, but it's unlikely. After all, he's described as looking just plain old boring English in Raven's Gate. I'm sure AH would have mentioned something about him looking slightly Incan if it was going to be important later on.

Tut tut tut...
I'm shocked. I'm very disappointed in you.
Nah, only joking. Yeah, he could be a Finn descendant. Did it ever mention a wife or children of Finn in Nightrise? Like, when he was talking about himself, or when Scar was talking about him? Just a thought.

Ah! I thought he probably would. Well, there you have it. Richard could be a descendant of Finn.

I totallly agree that Richard could be the descendent of Finn, and when Inti(pedro) came to defeat the Old Ones in the past didn't he come with other people? they could be his noble servants??!!!??
I totally think that Pedro is the King of the Incas!!!!!! And i think in the past when Inti couldn't help Finn i think maybe he made sure that in the future the closest frind, a male, was going to get the sacred sword but idk!!!!!!!

No me neither...
I think Richard got given that knife because the incas saw how important he was going to be, in the end. I mean, some of them can see the future can't they..
