Yes i have although i must say i cant stand it! but the deamons thing was quite good how do you mean that the swords would be connected to them in some way?

maybe when they forged there swords , they gave a bit of blood into the metal , and thats what makes them attached , so yeah maybe through blood  huh

if you confused by what i said, its cause i never had time to finish that post! i ment as in the magick in the metal also runs in the blood, not that their blood physically went into the metal itself but the power runs through them both! do you get what i mean?

Hi, my first post ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Erm...I believe that in one of the fables/legends books that AH wrote, there is a story situated in China or Japan. There, a famous bellmaker/smith has to make a huge bell for the king. Every attempt fails, and his daughter gets really sad for her dad. She hears a story which says that some life has to be in the metal before the bell can be made.
So she throws herself in the molten metal and unto this day, whenever the bell tolls, you can hear her final scream.

Ok, sorry for the very very summire recap of the story (it has been 10years + since I read it...).... Just had to think of that when I read your post.

So, maybe, they did put some of their blood into the metal, to make it magical and also connected to them...
