I doubt that Toby Stephens will be chosen, cos the character is too close to Gustav Graves from Die Another Day. He would be good, although maybe a bit too young.

The pictures in the first post suit the personality and nature of Cray but in my minds' eye Cray looks much shorter and with a really round face.
