I've just had a thought what if Yassen and Alex's mother had a little romance and Yassen is in fact Alex's father, that would be awesome.

But Alex has been told so many times that he looks like his father. And I think they would know.

yeah well you don't have to write about it just say they had an affair or something like that, not in a lot of detail it'll be fine

yeah you could....
i dunno i read the books when i was a little older
but i know lots of kids who are younger reading them... and i'm not sure their parents would like the theme
i think it would make a marvy story twist though still

Personally, Yassen Gregorovitch isn't my favorite character, but I think that if Mr. Horowitz has an idea for a story with YG as the main character, it will probably be good.
I'd like to know more about Alex's past and relatives from Mr. Horowitz's imagination.

yeah.. well i suppose a bit of a background check would work out
like with the redwall series
there is the first book and then they go back and say that background in the second

um....wow
Even though Yassen is dead he is going to some how be in the book....? o.O
i mean it would be good if the whole history thing about His Father and Yassen was like in FlashBack Form....or Alex is like doing research of his own...or something...but a whole book on just that Topic...wouldn't you think that would be like a side book Written for the Alex Rider Series....like All of the Alex Rider Books Say "Alex Rider Adventures"....so What do you think the book will have on it...since its about the History?

I love Yassen to death but he will stay dead, I'm sure of that and I will be happy if he stays dead. Anyways in Snakehead it will be in flashback form, the sequel to that giving the history of Yassen etc is a brill idea because I think something will be revealed in Snakehead (well we know some shocking secrets are discovered by Alex so...) in the sequel it will explain that in more depth.
