I know that this was published quite a while ago but i was wondering if anybody else read it? It is called Christmas at Gunpoint and i found it on Wikipedia.

Its a great story. I like the way Mr. Horowitz has used first person and third person in the text. The storyline is good and the execusion is impressive. I really liked it. Contact me if you need it. I can email it to you.

It was published in 2 parts in the Daily Mail (UK newspaper) last Christmas, and it is an AR short story. You could also download a podcast of AH reading it, but i dunno if that is still online. (EDIT// - it is - the link if on the wikipedia page) It was about Alex and Ian on holiday in Colorado and how Alex was starting to realise that there was more to his uncle than he knew.

I've read it, i thought it was really good and way better than AH's other short story Secret Weapon although i liked that too

I must agree with Gemmzie14. Christmas at gunpoint certainly has more action, thrill and better plot in it.

You get the feeling that Alex is more than a little slow in this story to tell you the truth. It is just a little bit blindingly obvious that Ian is more than just an Uncle.
