what new things should be included in the stories?
like i think on page 323 of nightrise after jamie talks about scott. flint should have a very heart felt talk about sapling, trying not too cry and jamie thnks it sound exactly like him and wonders if he would do the same in saplings place. and in evil star before the tanker hits the school and the kids all waiting outside Matts teacher (the one who hates him) should mockingly enounce to everyone matts preminition so they all know (that is the rest of the school) that he knew it was going to happen when it acctually does happen (so they can tell the newspapers)
any other ideas?

come on peaople there should be a busted television spitting sparksin Tom Burgess house and a broken radio or a torn up phone book more brooken widows it catches fire
on page 103 of ravens gate when matt says he hopes he never sees another body it could say (little did Matt know this was the first of many dead bodys he would see in his lifetime, some far more mangled than Tom Burgess)

But if it made the series more obvious by saying those thing the mystery would go away and it wouldn't be as suspensful. It would be more like (just for the Ravens Gate but later on in the series) Ohh I wonder who will die now. Good or bad? See what I mean no real suprise.

stuff like tis whole t-shirt theroy with jamie and scott. that at the beguining jamie wheres a red (sceared hesitent) jacket and scott is wearing a blue (calm, sensible, protective) one and out the end of it oddly jamie is wearing a blue jacket and scott is wearing a red one. this shows how there rowls have reversed how scott needs protective and jamie is taking control

I really like that idea. It gives a message to the story, in a hidden 'read in between the lines' kind of way. Yeah it'll make you think about it and try to understand it. Oh good I love endings where you have to think logically about it.
