Everyone loves Anthony's books. The question is, why? What is so special about the text he writes that it draws you in and won't let go? Is it his style? Why is it that when you read a book in his series, you have to read them all? Why do you want to own them all yourself? For me, it would be because I want to read it whenever I want. His style is captivating. No matter what he writes about, it's always interesting and intriguing. Not everyone can do that. He keeps you in suspense and his books are about people around own own age. We understand everything that the characters feel because Anthony puts the emotions across so powerfully - something that we understand because the similarities in the characters age and our own. He tells exciting stories - what we want to hear. It makes us forget what is going on beyond the world of the book. What do you think???  wink

: \ hmmm...something tells me that this would go in the "Other Works" section, but I won't move it in case it doesn't xD Also, this is a bit close to the "AH's Style" topic in the Other Works section...xD

i like AH's writing style, obviously...it's very direct and descriptive without getting to flowery or repetitive. His plots are also excellent! ^^ I also like how his books are extremely well researched and always contain some sort of facts/knowledge/trivia so you learn from his books as well!

As MW said, there is a topic already about this, so I recommend you go there, read what others thought and add your own view Smiley
