if you're talking about the blue American cover, the face is most likely the artist depiction of Alex's face xD just a guess though

the english one with teh lightning bolt thing (i think that's it) i think the lightning is just a rough depiction of the SB comp logo i'm not sure

I, too, have the old one. But, I'd like the Alex Pettyfer one, if they all had that design. Because I love having a collection of books with matching covers.!

I too, wouldn't have read the series if it wasn't for the covers. I saw Point Blank at the library, and the cover stood out to me (I think the bright colors - most YA novels are dark colors), so I read the back cover summary. It sounded good so I ordered the first book in the series...and have been a fan ever since. Here's the cover I saw (it looks better in real life):  |
