i just got the DVD for Christmas. i thought it was pretty good, but some of the special features i've seen before from ITV special. i also thought an audio commentary would have been nice

OF course target doesn't have it, because Weinstein has this new thing where their DVD's are only at Blockbuster and Walmart...
So go there...
Did you like it AR543?

I did. I really did. One of my favorite scenes was the tense 'Uh-Oh, don't drop the R5 canister Alex' scene. However, i thought some of the adult acting, particularly Bill Nighy's could've been better.

I've just seen a review on the BBC website, its pretty good. But it says there's an audio commentary by AH and the director. I havent got the DVD yet, so is this true?

OK it must just be the UK one then. Thats good for us UK people but not for everyone else.
As for the Australian tagline - i didnt think you could get any worse than the american one but thats just proved me wrong!

oh gosh.
not only have they come up with the worst tagline, they have to use the american poster for it as well! the one that shows a picture of alex and underneath it ian's car driving away from the explosion (AKA theaustrailain poster) is WAAAAAAAAAAAY Better.
