They'd have to give him a fair trail...which would be rigged then straight off to the gallows. Only joking.

I'm sure he'd be send off to the Hague for being a member of an international terrorist organisation.

He would be interrogated by MI6 and maybe, just maybe also be transfered to MI5 for further interrogations, then he would be tried in court where he will magically escape and thenlaugh maniacally then jump into a deep pond where he realizes he can't swim and has officals drag him out. (Based on a real Event... the escaping the court and the pond and not swimming really happened)

i don't think they'd try him in court to be honest.  A person with those abilities....you don't send them to jail...you recruit them.  They'd hold him until they had enough on him to blackmail him into working for them, that's what would happen i think

I wouldn't think so RS for a number of reasons. 1. His new colleagues wouldn't be too happy working along side a former enemy(it's been done but results haven't been too good)
2. Would you want the guy running around with a gun? Obviously to do his job he'd need to given suitable protection. I wouldn't like it. Even if you were blackmailing him, he wouldn't care one way or another and would probably continue to shoot up a couple of your agents before you can think.

I'd say they'd lock him up...I doubt they'd even try him.

i don't know thereader...why let a talent like that go to waste?  after all, if they make it worth while for him he'll be as loyal to mi6 as he was to scorpia, after all he doesn't kill out of principle, but because it's his profession, he doesn't care where the money comes from

Ohh I like that idea.
I can imagine
Mr Blunt: Yassen, We want you to work for us
Yassen: You mean, for MI6
Mr Blunt: Yes
Yassen: To help catch murderers
Mr Blunt: Mabey
Yassen: Will I get a gun?
Mr Blunt: Perhaps

Maybe. Though he wouldn't be getting a lot of trust. They'd probably(if doing it) start him at the bottom...work his way up.
