Oh my god, Sabina as a mission buddy... the way we're going with I, I will be suicidal at the age of 14. Sabina Pleasure is the worst character in the HISTORY of mary-sues (well, in this series at any rate). I think she should just go away and stay away. These books don't need romance, it just doesn't fit.

We haven't had any Mary-Sues in the series so far HOAK! Yeah but I agree I don't like her as more than a part time distraction

I don't really want her to have a main role in the books. I just want her to like stay away and just send send Alex cards and letters only. If she comes to meet Alex she will create a bit of distraction from the missions and all the action.

I don't know if you realise this, but not only is her last name 'Pleasure', her name is a pun. Sabina Pleasure, It's been a pleasure. Get it?

Also, in Ark Angel, when the nurse Diana Meacher introduces herself, "I'm Diana Meacher," this is also a pun. "I'm dying to meet ya." See that? That's why Alex replies with something like "I was looking forward to seeing you too, but I wouldn't go that far."

And there's one more character in the series who's name is a pun, it's Fiona Friend from Point Blanc. When David Friend tells Alex, (when Alex arrives at his home,) something like "And if you need anything..." and Alex buts in and says "Fiona Friend", he's meaning it like "Phone a friend," like in 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?'.

I don't think Sabina's that bad and she was mentioned in Ark Angel (although it was just a card or a letter or something). I think Sabina should stay because in all six books Alex has only had two friends, Sabina and Tom (you know, from Scorpia) and it makes it mor fun when he has friends.  cheesy

i prefer her in the books to the film!!!!! she just ruined the film but shes okish in the books!!!!!! im not sure if she should make a reappearence or not though, it might be quite interesting if she does though!!!!

Agreed. Sarah Bolger as Sabina in the move just made it even worse. Seriously, what was the point? That book/movie didn't need romance.

No it was because the producers thought that there needs to be a girl figure in the movie. I think if Sabina comes back Alex shouldn't care that much, she didn't even believe him at first when he said that he was a spy.
