every book that gets published in america usually comes in hard cover first...
Yeh, they usually do in the UK too. I dunno why, but there are no AR hardcovers.
And in answer to the debate about Sayle's nationality - its either Cairo or Beirut depending on which version of the book you are reading.

In canada, he was born in egypt and moved to England with a new family he tried to help.. so yeah i think the UK books are diffrent then the North America books.. thats wired
