I know that would be sooooo cool. Yeah I like Alex rider:point blanc. It sounds cool. Why didn't they just name the first one Stormbreaker. Not Alex Rider: operation stormbreaker?Huh whats with that?Huh The producer people are thinking about making point Blanc. PLEASE MAKE IT!! It would be sooo COOL     grin

          in america point blanc is changed to point blank

I prefer the name Stormbreaker as in the UK name and the USA cover i prefer.

I HATE the American cover, there's just so much wrong with it.

Don't even get me started on the name and the fact that Alex has been airbrushed within an inch of his life, but why have an identity card? Doesn't that defeat the point of being a 'SECRET' agent? I know it's just for publicity but  angry

'Rule the school, Save the world.' Isn't quite a big part of the books just how *little* time Alex does spend in school which is why he got a tutor, which is why he doesn't have many friends? I get it that it was to appeal to an audience who haven't read the books but it's terrible.

i, as an american ,disagree. i do a lot of reading( you might even concider my love for reading nerdlike) but i think the change was for the best! it attracted more attention that it would with just "stormbreaker" because the whole point was to create a james bond sort of feel. you know with sabina on one side, alex holding out an ID card. plus in the movie, he never actually had an ID as far as i can remember. i think they only put it on the cover so people would get a bacic idea what the movie was about because i never saw a trailer for it on TV.

I never saw a trailer either on tv, I only heard about the film through the announcement on the site. I like the US title.

when i first saw the movie it was called ALEX RIDER : OPERATION STORMBREAKER  that's the only name i have herd of for the movie but the book was just STORMBREAKER. weird
