Yeah, but Yassen isn't really a bad guy... NGL, <3 General Sarov... I mean, he's such a softie at heart.. all he wanted was a loving son again...

Er, Yassen is the best bad guy. I did like Ash a lot too though..... *beat* General Sarov just wanting a son? What about him trying to blow up nuclear submarines?!

...Ok, and that, but he meant well... in his own little way... Besides, Yassen doesn't count really as a bad guy. Sure, he's an assassin. But he loves Alex.... and he never really did anything wrong... other than the killings...

General Alexei Sarov. I want another villain like him.

Sarov is possibly my least favorite. I pick ASH, the secret villain.

ASH is really good too, actually. Sarov was better though, because he was actually just insane pretty much. All the other villains had plans and aims that made sense but he didn't care so much about his plan, he just had nothing left to lose. Sayle was just weird, Grief was too unrealistic, Cray was actually the only villain trying to do some good for the world and not for personal gain, Rothman was cool, Drevin was... I'm not sure exactly, Yu was the most menacing in my opinion, and McCain was just nothing special really.

I can agree with most of that. But Sarov and his craziness just didn't appeal to me as much, probably because he wanted Alex as a son so he wasn't even that threatening. I liked Sayle though. Mainly i liked his sidekicks Mr. Grin and Nadia Vole. Grief is kind of unrealistic. He's sort of forgettable too. Cray was fun with his whole celebrity thing. I like Rothman a lot too. Her whole trying to seduce Alex to evil thing was nice. Drevin was annoying to me. Yu was pretty menacing. Which I suppose means he's a good villain because I hated him. But I hate him in all senses really, rather than having that respectable good villain love that you develop for other characters. I kind of feel the same about McCain, except he had a little less menace and a little more pompousness like Cray.

I think I'd like Yassen {Even though he's not quite a villain}
Well, to be honest, I love him!
But General Alexei Sarov was pretty cool too.

I definitely like Yassen the best. Even though he isn't really evil. I was very sad when he was killed.
It wasn't because of the movie though. He is one of my favorite book characters too. But I do love the way the movie began with Yassen and Ian.
Julia Rothman was pretty cool...
And I know a girl who reminds me of Desmond McCain... Creepy...

Julia Rothman was a great evil female. She had the whole emotional sympathy thing going - showing emotion to get sympathy (I'm sure there's a better term for that.. oh well...)
It was good xD
And Desmond McCain... just a bit odd, really. Girl like him? Scary. Stay away from her xD

The only one i didnt like was Herod Sayle, the sort of villain i like is powerful, cold fabulously wealthy and he is sort of, but the way he's described doesnt make me fear him, its sort of funny, and in the film, they couldnt of cast a more stupid person to play him, he looked like the joker! I thought DR Grief was gr8, a classic villain - a mountain retreat, bizarre looks and really sinister, i liked damian cray, just for the amount of power he holds, wasnt a great fan of sarov, he wasnt evil enough, Drevin was good, but i dont think we saw enough evil from him, and major Yu was cool with brittle bone disease, and julia rothman sounds fit!
