I already checked on the Stormbreaker that's coming out in 2011, it has nothing to do with AH. It just has a similarity in names that is all.
I just got into reading Alex Rider in May, and saw the movie in June. I really enjoyed itas a wholesome movie for the whole family. Sure it leaves parts out from the book, but on the whole it follows through pretty well. I enjoyed so well - I brought the movie, the behind the scenes books both uk& american. Now what I want know has anyone here seen or read the movie tie-in novel to Stormbreaker? I found it on Amazon.

There's a tie in novel? Does that mean it's a movie special book, with pictures and stuff in the middle. I think I have that. It was the first one I read.

I think that the movie did not gain much popularity because of the horrible advertising job that you did and the fact that the movie was based off of the first book which is always designed to intro the characters.  The next book is much more action packed than the first and I think that it would gross more revenue than the first if they just did a better job of advertising because the only place I heard of it was of 2 commercials on Nicktoons network which is not a good market if you want to promote a movie to a large amount of people.  So make another movie and advertise on main networks like fox and you will see a huge increase in the sale of your books and movie tickets and DVDs.

To be honest it wasn't released properly either. Not every cinema had it, and you were right about the advertising; a lot of people weren't even aware it was out.

From who ever didn't see it, there is some websites you can go to. The movie isn't that bad but the book is better. The movie seemed like it was going to fast for everything. Smiley

I have to say that the Stormbreaker was excellent.

Indeed, there were a few critics stating on how "bland" the acting was, but I think that the overall effect for this movie was a "Fantastic!" with a capital "F"!

Frankly speaking, this is my third time watching Stormbreaker, and I am still not bored about the whole movie because it is SO ACTION-PACKED!

It's like running, fighting, shooting, blasting, talking, arguing, SPYING throughout the entire thing! I LOVED IT!

I  have heard rumours (Or rather facts) that Alex Pettyfer will not be starring in the next movie, Point Blanc (If there is one, of course), but however, I am keeping my eyes glued to the news.

As long as the action is packed, actor looks "okayish", I'll live... Smiley GREAT MOVIE!!!

4.9/5 Rating! (Would be better if Alex had been slightly more emotional there.)

My feelings on this movie are mixed at first I hated it because of all the differences between the movie and the book(yes I know that there are always going to be differences between the two, but there were a lot) Then I watched it again and decided that some parts were really cool like Yassen and Alex in the lab and Ian's escape (Though I did not understand why Yassen kept showing up hanging upside down a hellicopter it was sort a cool) I don't like Sabina but I understand why they needed to add her in..overall I sorta liked the movie it wasnt amazing but it wasn't horrible.

the movie was good but it was out of order somehow.first Sabina doesn't come into the series until the 3 book skeleton key but really other than that it was AMAZING.

Yeah that was annoying!  I was like " angry" when I saw Sabina in movie.

And it was sad that my stormbreaker dvd versio hasn't extras.
